FAQ GA and Doctoral Students

FAQ #50: Where will the Doctoral Students and GAs have space?
A50: There is shared space in the third floor of the new CM-NEB. (will there be GA room in MCL-NEB?)

FAQ #51 What furnishings will be in the GA room? How many cubicles, a table? How many PC, the printer etc?

AFTER THE MOVE

After the move, the office must be cleared by July 11.

PLASTIC BINS

If you are here the day before and of the move, you can put files and items in a PLASTIC BIN. The plastic bin, once full will be covered with a wooden board and our MIS will use the plastic bin to put the computer and monitor, then plastic wrap it for the move.

UNWANTED ITEMS

FAQ # 49 What if I want to get rid of books?

A #49 books go to 3015

files may be purged.

FERPA and HIPAA must be destroyed in specially labeled boxes in 4064 and 5020.

Schedule

The estimated completion date is mid June.
The move will be scheduled for July.

faculty and staff should plan on one day ot pack the bins and one day to unpack the bin.
The Hilldrup Company will move all the bins in one day.

JULY 9 is the TENTATIVE DATE
